Pregnant woman injured in 5-vehicle wreck in northwest Harris County

HOUSTON -- A young pregnant woman was critically injured Thursday in a five-vehicle pileup in northwest Harris County.

She and another victim were flown by Life Flight to the hospital.

Deputies said the wreck happened at about 5:44 p.m. when the driver of a pickup ran a stop sign on Cypress North Houston near Eldridge.

Air 11 video showed a white sedan that was T-boned on the driver’s side.
