HOUSTON – Thursday brings slightly higher temps and humidity to the Houston area, KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist Gene Norman said.
The morning will begin in the mid-60s and will warm up to the upper 80s.
“We have that bright sunshine, and light winds, and high temperatures and that is the combination that will allow unhealthy amounts of ground-level ozone to develop,” he said.
After Thursday, you can expect sunny highs in the upper-80s to low-90s through Sunday, with lows in the mid-to upper-60s.
We could see a couple of isolated showers as we head into next week, Tuesday and Wednesday.
