HOUSTON—A campus police officer at Houston Baptist University is accused of shaking down drivers at the school.
Houston police arrested Officer Jesse Perry during a sting operation.
They said Perry was pulling over drivers and stealing money, drugs and whatever else he could find in their cars.
When Perry isn’t working as a cop he plays the organ at his church.
The school has fired him.
