HOUSTON -- Michael Brown died last month but much of his fortune is still missing.
Several valuable sculptures and jewelry disappeared from Brown's mansion in Miami right around the time Brown had a heart attack in late October.
Also missing: two suitcases containing more than $3 million in cash.
A private investigator has been hired to find the goods, and he's already had some success. Court documents show he found two secret storage units filled with Brown's property, and tracked down $275,000 worth of jewelry and cash reportedly held by Brown’s former girlfriend.
