ROCHESTER, Minn. - An investigation is underway after a Delta Airlines jet was diverted to Rochester late Sunday after a passenger died onboard.

Rochester Police say the flight from San Antonio was headed to Minneapolis when that passenger died suddenly. The pilot decided to set down in Rochester rather than continue on to MSP International Airport.

At this point it is unclear what type of medical emergency claimed that passenger's life.
