On Tuesday, Brazoria and Galveston counties each reported their second swine flu deaths.  There have been no new deaths this week in Harris County where 23 have died so far.

Supplies of the H1N1 vaccine have been trickling in to southeast Texas, but health officials say there will eventually be enough to go around.

Mall Santas are calling on Congress to designate them as a high risk group so they can get the vaccine. A couple of professional organizations that represent mall Santas say their members are especially susceptible to the flu.

They say this is because they are in contact with a lot of children. They are also usually overweight and therefore not as healthy.
