Amazon shoppers will have a new outlet for filling their virtual carts: Twitter.
The company announced a feature called #AmazonCart, which lets users add items to their shopping cart by adding that hashtag.
Here's how it works: when a Twitter user sees an Amazon product link shared on the social network, they can reply to that tweet with the hashtag #AmazonCart. Once sent, Amazon will automatically add that item to the user's cart to buy later.
Users must link their Twitter and Amazon accounts to use the service. The feature was first reported by CNBC.
