Houston Forecast: Rain chance increases this weekend

KHOU 11 Weather Reporter Blake Mathews says there's only a 10 percent rain chance Friday ahead of what could be a rainy weekend for some. Temperatures today will top out at about 90 degrees. There's a 50 percent rain chance Saturday and 60 percent chance Sunday, which means our temps this weekend will drop a few degrees, but it will still be warm and muggy out. Murder charge for 26-year-old man in Times Square vehicle carnage

The New York Police Department says 26-year-old Richard Rojas, of the Bronx, was charged late Thursday with second-degree murder, 20 counts of attempted murder and aggravated vehicular homicide.
