FRIENDSWOOD, Texas — Four men arrested Friday from a Friendswood home during a drug raid have been charged.
Friendswood Police were serving an arrest warrant for Deric Rochard Epps, 32, of Friendswood, and saw the man jumping through a window of a home in the 16600 block of Barcelona Drive, according to a Friendswood police news release.
After a short foot chase, police arrested Epps on a Harris County warrant for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance and two charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, according to the release.
David Michael Tucker, 36, of Houston, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Cole Everett Dockall, 29, of Friendswood, and Jeremy Duane Brock, 33, of Pearland, were charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
Another man, Thomas DeWayne May, 34, of Dickinson, was arrested on a Webster municipal warrant.
May was released to Webster police. The other men were taken to the Harris County jail.
Bond information was not available Saturday.
Police found 1,353 grams of liquid codeine, one and a half pounds of marijuana, 57 grams of cocaine, 52 hydrocodone pills, 76 Xanex pills and 12 Ecstasy pills, according to the news release.
The Alvin police canine unit and Galveston County Precinct 8 Constable’s Office assisted Friendswood police with the raid.
