SAN ANTONIO -- San Antonio Police have arrested a man accused of molesting a 13-year-old girl at Six Flags Fiesta Texas.
Jose Guadalupe Melgar-Carrillos was charged with indecency with child. He is being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond.
The alleged incident happened as the victim went to get some refreshments at the amusement park. She was reportedly at a swimming area with her family.
According to investigators, she saw him smiling at her. The teen became uncomfortable because Melgar-Carrillos started to follow the victim.
Police said before the girl could reach her family the 39-year-old touched her inappropriately.
She did tell her father who was able to capture Melgar-Carrillos until Six Flags' security was able to respond.
Off camera Fiesta Texas spokeswoman Sydne Purvis said that Six Flags Fiesta Texas has azero tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior.

Last February, twice in one week NEISD students reported frightening encounters. A student said they were attacked on the way to Churchill High School and another teen said a man had grabbed her near a medical clinic close to Blanco Road.
