HOUSTON --- Fifteen thousand postal ballots are being sent out Saturday to Harris County residents in the military or living overseas.
Absentee ballots could prove to be very critical this election year after a fire destroyed all of the county's election equipment last month.
The Harris County clerk is asking voters to consider a ballot by mail if they are eligible.
