HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A 40-year-old man is charged with attempting to entice a child into performing sexual acts in his apartment, the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office said Tuesday.
Thomas Keck was arrested Saturday for allegedly approaching a 7-year-old boy at a playground and trying to lure him with candy back to his apartment. Deputies said Keck also showed the boy a lewd photo on his phone and asked the boy if he wanted to perform the act in the photo.
Deputies arrested Keck at the playground Saturday in the 14100 block of Champions Drive in northwest Harris County.
Keck faces a charge of enticing a child with the intent to commit a felony.
He’s currently free on $25,000 bond.
