Engineering and Technology: Radio Frequency Engineer (Posted 2/13/06) Belo owned KHOU-TV, CBS 10th market network affiliate is seeking a seasoned broadcast Radio Frequency Engineer to maintain several transmitter systems, UHF and VHF. Baseline educational requirements are a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years training in electronics or technical school, manufacturer training on at least one type of television broadcast transmitter, Harris Platinum preferred, an SBE certification in television is optional but preferred. A Tower Safety Certification – must be obtained to perform this job.
