HOUSTON—Thursday will be a warm day with breezy east winds, KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist Gene Norman said.
The day will begin with lows in the mid-60s and the highs will reach the mid-80s.
Then a change is coming for the weekend.
“The seven-day forecast shows rain moving in on Friday,” he said. “It may linger into parts of Saturday.”
There’s a 60-percent chance for rain on Friday and a 40-percent chance for rain on Saturday.
“The good news is, for Mother’s Day we should be able to clear the rain chances and bring the sunshine out for dear old Mom,” Norman said.
