HOUSTON—Houston police are investigating a shooting in a southeast Houston apartment complex that left one man dead early Thursday.
Police responded to a shooting call at the Lakeshire Place apartments, located in the 500 block of El Dorado Blvd. at Zabolio, around 12:45 a.m. They arrived to find a 28-year-old man lying in front of his apartment.
He had been shot six times; twice in the chest, twice in the head and once in each arm, according to police.
The victim was transported to Ben Taub Hospital in critical condition, but later died.
