HOUSTON – Friday morning’s commute is expected to be soggy and slippery in spots, so be prepared, KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist Gene Norman said.
“A coat Friday with a lining is a good idea, along with an umbrella,” he said. “Not a lot of drenching rain, but enough to make an annoyance,” he said.
By the afternoon we’ll start to see the clouds begin to thin out. By early Saturday morning we’ll see the sun come back out, but it’s going to be chilly.
On the seven-day forecast we’ll see the better day on Saturday, then Sunday we’ve got the clouds returning, and Monday the rain will return. It should clear out in time for Valentine’s Day.
