HOUSTON – Police say a 15-year-old girl was gang-raped over a two-day period in Harris County last year, and now three suspects are facing charges.

Armando Hernandez, 20, Felix Davila and Pedro Fabian Lopez-Davila are all charged with sexual assault of a child.

According to court documents, the three suspects picked the victim up at her home on June 5, 2011, and took her to an apartment in the 3200 block of Hirschfield.

Once they were at the apartment, the victim said all three suspects sexually assaulted her and forced her to perform sex acts against her will.

She said the assaults continued overnight, and that the suspects told her if she didn’t comply with their demands, she wouldn’t get to go home.

The next day, the victim told police they sexually assaulted her in a pickup truck behind a trailer near Aldine Westfield and Hirschfield Road.

Later that day, the suspects took her home.

The victim’s mother told investigators that her daughter came home looking disheveled. When the mom took her daughter to the hospital, she said doctors told her the teen had been sexually assaulted.

Detectives interviewed the victim on June 10, 2011.

On July 21, 2011, investigators said the victim identified the suspects in a photo lineup.

Investigators said they obtained DNA samples from all three suspects, and those samples matched DNA found on the victim’s clothing.

Charges were filed on February 10, 2012.
