FRIENDSWOOD, Texas—Police in Friendswood were investigating Friday after an Alzheimer’s patient wandered off from a nursing home.
Police said no one from the home, located on South Friendswood Drive, notified emergency officials when the 52-year-old man went missing.
Officers saw him walking down the street from the facility and asked him where he lived.
The address he gave them was a vacant home.
A similar situation happened in September, when a woman wandered away from the same facility, police said.
