2. The Best & Healthiest Foods are Whole Foods - The foods are also whole foods, naturally high nutritional content that have not been highly processed and contain no synthetic, artificial, or irradiated ingredients.

3. The Best & Healthiest Foods are Familiar, Readily Available And Affordable - These are everyday foods; including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts and seeds, lean meats, fish, olive oil, and herbs and spices familiar to most people and that fit easily within the food budget of most people.
