“MOMENT OF LUXURY”

-Bill Stubbs is a Houston interior designer named as one of the “top 100 designers of the world” by Architectural Digest Magazine.

- New York gossip columnist Liz Smith has called Bill “The Indiana Jones of Interior Design” because of his projects around the world. He just finished an 80 million dollar air bus for a Russian client.

-The weekly, half hour lifestyle show, “Moment of Luxury”, airs in Houston every Monday at 8pm on Channel 8 (PBS). It also rebroadcasts on Thursdays at 1:30pm and Saturdays at 2pm.

-Every episode, Bill travels to a different city or country in search of luxury. His search includes architecture, interior design, food, shopping and culture. Then he brings this “inspiration” back home to Houston and “applies” it to normal, everyday life. The show’s central theme is inspiration and application.

-According to Bill and the premise of the show, “Luxury is not about money, wealth or status. It is about friendship, family, hospitality and discovering the beauty around you.

Luxury can be a simple cup of tea, dinner and a movie with friends or a beautiful garden.”
