Dead Sea Salt Soak Recipe

(you can find these ingredients at any specialtly grocery store)

¾c. Dead Sea salts or sea salts

¼c. fresh mint

1 tablespoon grape seed oil

1 teaspoon dried sea kelp

3 drops lavender essential oil

3 drops eucalyptus essential oil

2 drops tea tree essential oil

Directions:

Add salts and grape seed oil to bowl. Mix until salts completely glazed with oil. Add mint and sea kelp. Mix until evenly distributed. Stir in essential oils. Pour into 8 oz. jar and seal tightly. Stores best at room temperature. Use 1/3 c per bath or two tablespoons per foot soak. Enjoy!
