AND PRODUCTION

As Executive Producer of KHOU-TV’s Great Day Houston, Don Graham is responsible for every aspect of the production and content of this exciting new talk show.  From set and lighting design to talent, staffing, content and budget, Graham oversees the entire production of this program and other local programs on Houston’s number one station, Channel 11.

Graham is a veteran of television programming and production.  He is an award winning producer joining KHOU-TV in October of 2004.  In his current position, Graham is responsible for local programming and production at KHOU-TV including live broadcasts such as the Washington Mutual Thanksgiving Day Parade, the Fiestas Patrias Parade, the Martin Luther King Parade, “Houston Zooperstars Challenge,” “ In The Spotlight” with Deborah Duncan, “Mutiny on the Bayou,” “Overcoming Katrina” and many other local specials airing on Channel 11. 

Prior to his arrival at KHOU-TV, Graham was Vice President of Programming and Production for Fox Sport Net in Chicago where he was responsible for more than 400 sporting events each year and hundreds of hours of programming.  In addition, he was responsible for the launch of regional sports reports and sports newscasts for Ohio, Florida, New England, the Bay Area and Chicago.  In 1998 Graham served as Executive in Charge of nationally syndicated program, “The Gayle King Show .”  Prior to that, Graham was Creative Services Director at WFSB-TV in Hartford.  Graham also worked for WDIV-TV as Producer/Director and was promoted to Executive Producer.  He began his career in production at KERA, the Dallas PBS station and then moved to KXAS where he directed, “ The Charlie Rose Show.”

Graham is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, is married and has three daughters.
