Classic Grilled Fajitas

Ingredients:

2-3   lbs fresh Boneless Skinless Thigh Meat OR Outside Skirt Steak

½  cup Adam’s Reserve Val Verde Rub

½ bottle Cookwell Company Pecos 83

1tsp Sea Salt

½  cup Ottavio Olive Oil

Directions:

Heat Grill on med high heat.

Place chicken or beef in bowl or ziplock bag, separately.

Coat chicken or beef  with oil, season with rub and salt. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes a side or Beef 3-4 minutes each side.

For skillet method, simply heat skillet on med high heat. Follow the same cooking times and instructions above.

 

Creamy Avocado Dip

Prep Time: 15 MinServes: 4-6 People

Ingredients:

½ Jar Cookwell Company Tomatillo Salsa

1 avocado

1/2 cup Cilantro-Chopped

16 oz sour Cream

½ onion- chopped

1 tbsp salt and pepper

Directions: 

Mix all ingredients in blender, and blend away, until smooth and creamy!

Serve Chilled or warm, over chicken, fish, chips, etc.

 

Turkey White Bean Queso

Ingredients:

1 jar Cookwell Company Queso- Escabeche or Green Chile Flavor

1 pound Ground Turkey-Cooked

1 can Great Northern White Beans-rinsed and drained

1 cup Fat Free Half & Half or Greek Yogurt

¼ cup Cilantro

½ diced Tomatoes

Directions:

Brown turkey in large skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil.

Combine all ingredients in crock pot, mix and heat!
