Fresh Sautéed Vegetables

Fresh  Sautéed Vegetables


Serving: 1

Spinach, Frozen                                                                 ½ c

Squash, Summer                                                              ¼ c

Red Bell peppers                                                              ¼ c

Carrots, Fresh whole                                                        ½ c

Oil, Canola                                                                           2 tbsp

Italian seasoning                                                              ½ tbsp



Step 1:  Cut all vegetables into a julienne cut.

Step 2: Season the vegetables the ½ tbsp of Italian seasoning.

Step 3: Heat sauté pan with a 2 tbsp. of canola oil.

Step 4: Sauté vegetables over high heat for 5-8 mins until veggies are tender.

Step 5: Place the veggies on the serving tray.
