Roasted Pork Tenderloin
1 pound pork tenderloin
2 tbsp Adam’s Reserve Holiday Rub
1 tsp sea salt
3 tbsp Ottavio Private Reserve Olive Oil
Pre-heat oven to 425.
Coat meat with olive oil and seasonings.
Place pork on oven rack, and on baking sheet.Cook for about 20 minutes per pound, pork should be blush pink in center.
