- 1 Jar Holy Posole
- 1 lb Ground Meat: Beef, Turkey or Pork
- 1 Box HEB Cornbread Mix (Mix According to Direction)
1. Preheat Oven to 350° farenheit
2. Brown ground meat in an oven-safe large sauté pan or Dutch oven. Drain juices.
3. Mix in Holy Posole. Meanwhile, mix together cornbread according to directions.
4. Pour mixed cornbread over the Posole.
5. Bake covered 20 minutes. Remove lid or cover for another 10 minutes to finish cornbread.
Try with Biscuit instead of Cornbread
