Italian Meatball Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  •  ½ cup chopped onion
  •  ½ cup chopped celery
  •  1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
  •  2-4 cloves chopped garlic
  •  ½ tsp salt
  •  1/8 tsp pepper
  •  2 tbs. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
  •  ½ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  •  1 whole egg, plus 1 egg white

 

Directions:

Mix with clean hands and form into balls the size of limes- brown  on all sides. Then, drain and add to your sauce. Cook for one hour. Makes approximately 15 meat balls. Serve with al dente spaghetti.
