- 2 medium Granny Smith apples
- 1 whole stalk celery
- 8 oz. chicken strips
- 4 oz. chopped walnut
- 1/2 cup low calorie Italian dressing
- 2 tbsp. low-fat feta cheese (optional)
Chop the apples and celery and combine in a medium-sized bowl. Cube the chicken strips and add them to the apples and celery along with the walnut pieces. Pour the dressing over the mixture and blend to coat. Garnish with feta cheese if you like. Serve on crackers, in a wrap or just munch with a spoon and enjoy.
