Apple, Ginger and Cinnamon Soda
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Apple, Ginger & Cinnamon Syrup
- 3 oz Soda Water (Or To Taste Depending on Sweetness Preference)
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a Collins glass with ice and stir together. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slice.
To make apple, ginger and cinnamon syrup, combine two cups each of sugar and apple juice in a saucepan. Add a cup a diced ginger and 4 cinnamon sticks. Stir mixture thoroughly causing sugar to be mixed throughout. . Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce by half; then remove from heat. Allow mixture to cool and strain out ginger and cinnamon. Bottle and keep refrigerated for up to two weeks.
Sparkling Berry Lemonade
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Lemon Juice
- 2.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 6 Blackberries (May Vary with Other Berry Types)
- 3 oz Soda Water
Directions:
Shake the lemon juice, simple syrup, and blackberries with ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into a Collins glass with ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon wedge and blackberry.
To make simple syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan. Stir mixture thoroughly causing sugar to be mixed throughout. Cook over medium heat, stir occasionally. Reduce by half; then remove from heat. Allow mixture to cool. Bottle and keep refrigerated for up to two weeks.
