S’Mores Ice Cream
Makes about ½ gallon
Ingredients:
- ½ Gallon Chocolate ice cream, softened
- 2 Sleeves Graham crackers, coarsely crushed
- 2 ½ Cups Marshmallows, toasted on buttered foil
- 1 Cup Fudge Sauce
Directions:
Place the ice cream in a large bowl and break up. Stir in remaining ingredients. Return the ice cream to the container, and freeze until firm. Scoop and serve, garnished with additional marshmallows or crumbled graham crackers.
Pina Colada Ice Cream
Makes about ½ Gallon
Ingredients:
- ½ Gallon Vanilla ice cream, softened
- 15 oz Can Crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 Cups Coconut, toasted
- 1 Cup Cream of Coconut (Coco Lopez is te brand we used)
- ¼ Cup Dark rum (optional)
Directions:
Place the ice cream in a large bowl and break up. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refreeze ice cream until firm. Serve, garnished with toasted coconut.
Pecan Pie Ice Cream
Makes about ½ Gallon
Ingredients:
- ½ Gallon Vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 9-inch Purchased pecan pie, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 Cup Caramel or chocolate sauce & Chopped pecans
Directions:
Place the softened ice cream into a large bowl and break up. Stir in the pie pieces, and refreeze the ice crea,m. Serve, drizzled with caramel or fudge sauce, and sprinkle with additional pecans
