Chimichurri
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Flat leaf parsley (packed)
- 1/4 cup Oregano (packed)
- 1/4 cup Cilantro (packed)
- 4 ea Garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
-Place all of the ingredients, except the oil, into a food processor
-turn on the food processor and slowly add the oil until smooth
