Ingredients:
- 1 qt heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup shredded smoked cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded smoked Gouda
- 1/4 cup diced yellow onions
- 1/4 cup diced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup cooked and chopped smoked bacon
- 8oz elbow pasta
- Salt and white pepper to taste
Directions:
1.Bring 2 quarts of salted water to a boil in a medium sized stockpot
2. Reduce heavy whipping cream by 1/3 in a medium sized sauce pan
3. Add the cheeses to the reduced cream and mix well until creamy
4. Season the sauce with white pepper and salt
5. Saute the vegetables and bacon for 5 minutes on medium heat until soft
6. Cook the pasta in the boiling water until it is soft, about 10 minutes
7. Drain the pasta and add the cheese sauce & bacon-jalapeno mixture
