Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. Hillshire Farm® Beef Smoked Sausage
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 green bell peppers, sliced
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 3 teaspoons hot sauce, divided
- 1tablespoon mayonnaise
- 4 sausage buns, split
Directions:
- Grill Hillshire Farm Beef Smoked Sausage over medium heat until warmed through, about 4 minutes per side.
- Toss onions, peppers, oil and 1 teaspoon hot sauce in a bowl to coat vegetables. Place mixture in the center of a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal, making one large packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
- Grill packet 12-14 minutes over medium or until veggies are hot, turning 3-4 times during cooking.
- Mix remaining 2 teaspoons hot sauce with mayonnaise and spread on inside of buns.
- Place 1 grilled sausage into each bun. Open veggie pouch carefully. Top sausages with cooked vegetables.
