Complete Mother's Day Meal

Balsamic Strawberry Salad


2 cups Heb Spring Mix

½ Bottle Cookwell Company Cracked Pepper Vinaigrette

4 tbsp Agave Nectar

1 cup Fresh Sliced Strawberries

½ red onion-diced

½ cup French Feta

½ cup Slivered Almonds


Marinate Strawberries in Cracked Pepper Vinaigrette, and Agave Nectar for 30 minutes.

Mix with all other ingredients in salad bowl and serve!


Vegetarian Tangerine Miso Soup

Serves 4-6

Cooked Time 10 minutes


½ bottle Global Palate Tangerine Miso

1 pound Peeled & Deveined Shrimp

1 cup chopped Kale Greens

½ cup Diced Red Bell Pepper

1 carton Central Market Vegetable Broth

1 can Goya Coconut Mile-Light or Regular

Salt and Pepper To Taste


In a large pot, combine all ingredients; bring to a simmer for 10 minutes, Enjoy!


Crusted Salmon W/ Tangerine Miso and Kale


Two 4 ounce Salmon or Tilapia Fillets

1 tbsp Adam’s Reserve Southwest Ancho SearNCrust

1/3 cup Global Palate Tangerine Miso

2 tbsp Ottavio Private Reserve Unfiltered  Olive

2 cups Kale


Season fish evenly on both sides. Heat skillet on med high heat….

Add olive oil to skillet, and heat for 1 minute.

Cook fish for 3-4 minutes each side.

Glaze fish with Tangerine Miso last 30 seconds of cooking time.

Serve over Kale!
