South Texas Skirt Chasers


- 2-4  pounds Beef Skirt Steak

- 1 jar Texas On The Plate Soppin Sauce

- 2 tbsp Adam’s Reserve House Rub
- 1 cup Red Wine

- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard

- ¼ cup Ottavio Private Reserve Olive Oil



1. Mix all ingredients in a zip  bag, and marinate for at least 30 minutes .

2. Hat grill on medium high heat.

3. Grill steaks for about 3 minutes each side.

4. Brush with extra marinade if desired.
