Vinaigretta Over Kale Greens

1,2,3 Vinaigrette Over Kale Greens

1 part  Balsoy

2 parts Sauce or Flavor of your Choice-

3 parts Ottavio private reserve Olive Oil

4-6 cups Salad Greens- ½ kale ½ Spinach or other

½ cup Dried Cranberries

½ Red Onion-chopped

¼ cup Sliced Almonds

¼ cup Gorgonzola or Feta

1.     Mix sauce, Balsoy, and olive oil  in mixing bowl with whisk toss with greens,add final ingredients,  and serve over your choice of salad.
