Salt or no salt, live bands, a salsa competition and a limbo competition add to the fun.

Watch teams battle it out on the bocce court, check out Tarantella dancers and learn to cook eggplant parmesan at the HEB booth. A full schedule of activities is online and the festival runs Friday, Oct 12 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. , Saturday, Oct 13 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. and Sunday, Oct 14 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
