Watermelon Agua Fresca
by Executive Chef Stefon Rishel, 51fifteen Cocktails & Cuisine
 
Ingredients: 
Fresh watermelon juice
Crushed Ice
Simple syrup (if needed)
Mint, basil, crushed pink peppercorn, or jalapeno (optional)
 
Directions:
Pour fresh watermelon juice over ice. 
Sweeten with simple syrup, if needed. 
Add mint, basil, crushed pink peppercorn, or jalapeno slices for added flavor. 
Enjoy!
 
 
Summer Watermelon Margarita 
by Executive Chef Stefon Rishel, 51fifteen Cocktails & Cuisine
 
Ingredients: 
2oz silver tequila
1oz Grand Mariner or Cointreau
2oz fresh squeezed lime juice
3oz fresh watermelon juice
 
Directions:
Shake all ingredients together.
Strain over ice.
Enjoy!
 
Marinated Watermelon Salad
by Executive Chef Stefon Rishel, 51fifteen Cocktails & Cuisine
 
Ingredients: 
1 cup honey
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup amaretto liqueur 
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chiffonade
Fresh watermelon, cubed
 
Directions:
Whisk first four ingredients together.
Pour mixture over fresh watermelon in a zip-top bag and gently toss to coat. 
Marinate in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
Serve garnished with mint.
Enjoy!
