Houston-area residents got gussied up in their hats and boots Friday for Go Texan Day. Trail riders on horseback and in covered wagons rode through the city streets on their way to Memorial Park. They'll camp out there tonight before heading downtown for the Rodeo Parade Saturday morning. The Bar-b-que Cookoff continues through Saturday night. It's all part of the kickoff for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
