Gross! If a cleaning solution was spilled in a vat someone knew about it. Maybe it was a crack rock coming out of the cooks shirt pocket. They need to do a full investigation.

I never go to Jack in the Box anymore, almost all of them are filthy.

I love jack in the box especially the Oreo Cookie Shake at 2am in the morning. I will continue going to jack i had worst stuff in my tounge ;)

they either have sticky, stained, or parts missing on there tables & chairs. When all the chemicals are left in the back room like the numerous departments and laws say they should be and one spills in the fryer. That's no accident.

I agree with woodlandsman...I got tired of their filthiness and having to always ask the counter person to repeat what they just mumbled in broken english...two conditions that seems systemic of the chain..............haven't been in a JitB in a few years and i'm healthier for it.........

I used to eat at Jack in the Box, but the service got so bad that when I returned fto work with my salad, the manager kept forgetting to put in a package of salad dressing. I complained and they did it more than 3 times, I think they are way overpriced for the menu. I also believe the restaurants hire these people to work not caring if their broken english is hard to understand and just want the cheap labor. Not fair to the customers. I have discontinued all Jack in the Box restaurants.

Yesterday 11/14/2009 my son and I stopped at the Jack In The Box in Kemah on 146 by the Boardwalk. While waiting to place an order another customer came in that ordered from the drive thru holding a sanwhich that was cold, and full of mold (bread). We did not order food left the store and wont return to any Jack In The Box again.
