Kevin Hart laughs off critics of his personal life: 'I can't even be shocked anymore'

You can't take all critiques to Hart.

Comedian Kevin Hart had a message for critics, which he delivered via Instagram Story Monday, letting them know he wasn't fazed by allegations around his personal life and marriage.

His expecting wife, Eniko Hart, shared images on Aug. 13, from their wedding in honor of the couple's one-year anniversary, in which she said she and the Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle actor had been together for eight years. This puts the start of their relationship in 2009, which commenters found fault with as Kevin was married to his first wife, Torrei Hart, and the mother of his children, Hendrix and Heaven, until 2011.

According to People and Baller Alert, Kevin's ex and current wife had words over the wedding day pictures Eniko shared in now-deleted comments.

On Sunday, Torrei addressed the conflict during an interview with TMZ

"I mean numbers don’t lie," she said. "Dates don’t lie."

Hart took to Instagram Monday, refraining from directly referencing the online tumult, instead addressing a run-in with someone he says believed they knew more about his life than he did.

"I’m going to be honest with y’all people, I’m at a point where I can’t even be shocked anymore," he said looking into the camera. "All I do is laugh, man. I had a person tell me what they felt was factual information about me while they were talking to me. Huh?"

Kevin went on to reference his book, I Can't Make This Up: Life Lessons, released in June, in which he wrote about his infidelities, and his forthcomingness in standup specials.

"You’ve actually seen me grow as a man through my stand-up specials," Kevin reasoned, seemingly still perplexed at people's reactions. "Still not enough? No? That’s not enough?"

"But that’s what I love the most about stand-up comedy, man," he continued. "You got that microphone, you got that stage, you take advantage of it. This next hour will be my best hour yet. ‘Cause moments like this act as nothing but material for your boy."
