Enjoy a free day in the Houston Museum District at the annual Museum District Day, Saturday, September 15, 2012 from 10am-5pm.  18 museums will offer free general admission and many museums will host special events and exhibits.

Visitors are encouraged to walk from one museum to another, but in place of the traditional bus rides offered in the past, free pedicabs will also be available — a new addition to the festivities.

Plus, meet your favorite KHOU 11 anchors at the Houston Museum of Natural Science and check out the list below of other fun activities happening throughout the District.
