TODD MISSION, Texas -- The Texas Renaissance Festival has been open for almost 40 years, but now the man who founded it is working on a new venture.

It's called Stargate Manor Arboretum, and it's an outdoor art museum in Todd Mission right near the Renaissance Festival.

"Definitely cool," said store owner Fahim Somani.

George Coulam, 76, took KHOU’s Vicente Arenas on a tour of the property which has a handful of life-size statues. Each piece depicts how arts have evolved since the beginning of time.

However, it won't open to the public until Coulam dies.
