HOUSTON – 93.7 The Beat is heating the Houston music scene up this summer with a blazing concert.

The H-town Beat Down features Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Meek Mill, Trey Songz and Future in the inaugural concert event at BBVA Compass Stadium, on Friday, June 20.

“We are thrilled to partner with 93.7 The Beat to bring the inaugural concert event to BBVA Compass Stadium,” said general manager Doug Hall.

The concert will also feature local artists Slim Thug, Paul Wall, Z-Ro and Trae tha Truth.

“We promised our listeners, advertisers and the community, that The Beat would be a world class hip-hop and R&B station, showcasing high profile on-air personalities and providing listeners access to big name artists experiences with events like The H-Town Beat Down,” said Eddie Martiny, President and Market Manager for Clear Channel Media + Entertainment.
