INDIANA – A man has just broken the world record for Batman memorabilia. And when he says he loves the Dark Knight, he’s not kidding.

Kevin Silva, 52, has more than 2,500 figurines, lunch boxes, capes, and utility belts... anything a fan of Batman can think of.

And yes, Silva calls the room dedicated to the Caped Crusader the Batcave.

“I’ve had people drop to their knees at display cases—‘oh my God look at all this stuff!’ Silva said. “This is the official certificate that the largest Batman memorabilia belongs to me.”

Silva started collecting Batman memorabilia after getting hooked on the 1960’s show as a child.

His collection is worth a $100,000, less than what he’s spent collecting all the stuff.
