Award Winning 11 News Defenders Awards won
Jeremy Rogalski

Jeremy began investigating taxpayer waste, public corruption and wrongdoing for 11 News Defenders in August 2004, after working three years as a general assignment reporter for KHOU-TV. His recent work exposed Harris County school districts hiding reports of campus crime. The three part series earned Rogalski and The Defenders the 2009 Education Writers Association National Award for Education Reporting. Read more

11 News investigative reporter Mark Greenblatt specializes in uncovering stories of cover-ups and injustices. In 2008 Mark received The Lone Star Award as Television Journalist of the Year. The Houston Press, a weekly magazine, separately named him Reporter of the Year for 2008 in its "Best of Houston" edition. Mark became the first reporter in the world to prompt the FBI to release its secret spy files on Coretta Scott King. Read more
