Talent Appearance Details

Please carefully read the information below for appearance request guidelines before completing this form.

Request forms must be Emailed to the Community Marketing Department at least two months prior to the date of the event.

Do not assume an appearance is confirmed until you receive a response from a station representative. Requests take a minimum of two weeks to process.

Please be aware that in the event of breaking news or severe weather, 11 News talent may be required to report on these unscheduled events. It is the responsibility of the organization to have an alternate plan in place.

Organizations requesting an emcee must submit a script at least one week prior to the event date for review. In addition, KHOU Channel 11 must approve any copy, artwork or likeness associated with the event which refers to the television station or 11 News personality.

KHOU Channel 11 does not require a fee for any talent appearances.
