OREGON -- It’s an age-old debate for Oreo lovers: cookie versus crème.
Now, a physicist in Oregon has created a device to separate the snack.
The machine uses a hatchet blade to split the Oreo in half. Then, arms grab the cookies and put them on a tray. That’s where they are clamped down and the crème is removed.
Oreo commissioned four inventors in all to come up with separators.
