Goodrich is voluntarily recalling 800,000 tires typically found on commercial trucks and vans, but occasionally on personal vehicles as well.
Recalled tires include two sizes of its BFGoodrich Commercial T/A A/S tires.
Affected tires may exhibit tread loss or rapid air loss because of tread belt separation.
The tires were produced between April 2012 and the end of July 2012 in sizes LT 235/85 R16 120 Q LRE and LT 245/75 R16 120 Q LRE.
BFGoodrich recommends removal of these tires as soon as possible. The tires will be replaced with a similar product free of charge.
