Poll:
Which Houston pro team will make the playoffs first?

HOUSTON – For a game that was really boring, the Texans-Titans match-up got interesting, really quick.

How do we even begin to break down this game? I know. Let’s start here.

ANDRE JOHNSON IS AWESOME.

I think I could stop writing there and everyone (not named Cortland Finnegan) would agree with me. I mean, he went to the Rockets-Thunder game afterwards and he got a standing ovation when shown on the jumbo-tron. That’s a louder cheer than the guys on the court got. That doesn’t say too much about the fighting Rick Adelman’s…but I digress.

This will be the fight that everyone will be talking about for a long time and in case you missed it…here it is…

After seeing that, how can you not like Andre Johnson? He got tired of Finnegan bothering him so he took matters into his own hands and beat the tar out of him. Was it right? Probably not…at least Andre didn’t think so.

"I just lost my cool and I wish that I could take back what happened, but I can’t. It’s over and done with now."

#80, I will respectfully disagree. You did what you had to do in that situation and stood up for something. You got mad. You got angry. That’s something the guys on this team should have done a long time ago. Maybe now they will follow suit the rest of the season.

Heck, even the owner, Bob McNair enjoyed it.

"I’ll give it to Andre on points," he said after the game.

He may or may not get suspended. In this league these days, he probably will. That would be a shame. The guy who needs to go is Finnegan. Three times this year he has been fined and now he provokes the best receiver in the game because is team’s backside is getting kicked. Not cool…son, you NEED TO GO!

The worst about him…he had a smile on his face the whole time. Ridiculous.

""I think that he was frustrated with what was going on during the game," said Johnson. "He kept doing little things, and I told him, ‘Just because you’re frustrated, you need to stop what you’re doing.’ And I guess he thought it was funny."

Yeah, I guess it was. Funny how you did nothing once Andre fought back.

Something I hope the Texans can emulate from this point forward. It would sure help.
